Step 3 — Replace in code: YOUR_PUBLIC_KEY → your EmailJS public key | YOUR_SERVICE_ID → your service ID | YOUR_TEMPLATE_ID → your template ID
Step 4 — Squarespace: Pages → Add Page → Blank → Add Block → Code → paste entire HTML file contents
